Your walking tour begins at 9:30am with an Italian breakfast in one of Florence most striking venues. A breathtaking view and an informal environment will help you start the experience in the best way possible.
The morning is perfect for going hunting for seasonal products. You will start from the city markets, where you will be able to fully immerse yourself in the authentic Florentine atmosphere and learn about ingredients, matchings and stories about people, food and the city.You will stroll through the centre, crossing the Arno river to the Oltrarno neighborhood. There you will find the most ancient and genuine Florentine food and arts workshops. You will be able to get exclusive access in the working spaces and get an impression of their craftsmanship - a very exclusive experience.
At midday you will head to the kitchen! Forget the standard cooking class and experience a real learning-by-doing workshop where you will prepare and cook the meal together with your master, in a very friendly environment.
You will learn how to prepare and cook a sustainable, delicious lunch: light, tasty and yet typically Florentine.You will match the meal with the best wines, craft beer and drinks Tuscany has to offer.
