Our family of eight took this tour in September 2018. The tour meeting point was easy to find. We were fitted with headphones / earplugs so we could hear the guide throughout most of the tour. The views form the Terrace were outstanding and gave a great view of Florence as well as the beautiful architecture of the Duomo. The tickets also include a climb between the two layers of the dome and some close up views of the frescos on the ceiling. The climb is well worth the effort, especially when you pop out at the Cupola and see the 360 degree view of Florence. Note that if you are claustrophobic or terrified of heights, this might not be for you. Our tour also included our tickets which allowed us reentry into the Duomo, the Museum and Baptistry. Great tour, delivered exactly what is promised! A good mixture of the Duomo history and tools used to make it, view of the terraces and then you are on your own to climb the dome top and enjoy the views at your own pace.
Would be nice to have some more time at the Duomo terraces, but it seems only groups are allowed there so a bit of a time squeeze. Nice view though. -
Guided tour was good, our guide was very knowledgeable. The view from the top of the Duomo is worth the tour, its amazing. It is not for the claustrophobic or the faint of heart. Its 450 plus steps in the heat was tough. Even with the heat, the view was spectacular.

The tour was very informative and not too long. The kids enjoyed the stair climb. People were very friendly. The meeting spot was not easy to find and no place to wait while everyone was checking in

Fantastic tour with a super friendly and knowledgeable tour guide. We did this on our honeymoon and were super happy with it. If you do it, go to the very top!! It's worth the views and the pictures!

This tour was definitely worth it since you skip the lines and go straight in. Really good guide with easy to understand accent and full of knowledge. I was fine climbing the 633 steps to the top but I am terrified of heights so when I got there I just hugged the wall and took the first seat on the bench and just looked mostly straight out. I pointed the camera out towards what I wanted to capture and got some ok shots.

Really good and we did skip the lengthy lines. The ticket allowed us to do the dome climb and to also access the baptistery and the museum which we did the next day. The Duomo commentary was interesting and we both enjoyed it.

This was a great tour. We were able to see the Duomo and its Hidden Terraces had an amazing view. Lots of steps to climb but well worth it!!
