Under the expert guidance of your English speaking chef, you'll work with flour, eggs and other ingredients to create three styles of pasta with different sauces as well as a typical Italian dessert.
This easy to follow class is both enjoyable and fun. Ideal for groups or individuals, you're then invited to dine on the dishes you've prepared as you take your seat at the table for lunch. I had an amazing time learning how to make Italian dishes from scratch. Our teacher and assistant were very knowledgeable and helpful; their English was excellent. We made 2 types of pasta (each with a sauce), 1 potato dish (with sauce), and a dessert. Directions were easy to understand and everyone got to participate. The food was delicious and this was the best pasta that I ate in all of Italy. And we got to take home recipes to cook back at home.

Chef Walter was the instructor for the day and he was thorough, knowledgeable, funny and incredibly talented . It was the highlight of our trip , my daughter said she will not be able to eat pasta from a box anymore . The meal was beyond delicious !!!!

Fun class but felt a little rushed. Each station makes only one sauce and only one station makes dessert. Everyone gets to make multiple types of pasta. Everyone watches each other. The best part is sitting together to eat what everyone has made at the end. We learned a lot and will try these things again at home

You know what the best travel souvenir is when you don't want to bring your family to Italy? Bringing Italy to your family! We learned to make egg-based and water-based pastas from scratch. It's not nearly as hard as it seems! We made three different sauces with olive oil as the base. We even made panna cotta with strawberry sauce for dessert. Everything was delicious. You will spend a couple hours learning how to make pasta from a master chef, and then enjoy it with your classmates. We received copies of all the recipes so that we could bring home our skills to and Italy again and again. Completely worth it.

We loved this experience! We got there late so the class had already begun, but we were taken into the kitchen and given our own private class with a handsome and charismatic teacher. They were very accommodating! Then we got to feast on our creation in their beautiful cellar. Definitely recommend!

Really enjoyed this experience. A little bit uncertain at first, thought a bit expensive but would do it again. Met a lovely couple as we shared the same cooking space.

Awesome! So much fun and definitely the highlight of our trip to Florence. If you want to learn how to make pasta and have a ton of fun while to learn, I can't recommend this course enough!

So much fun! Everyone gets to participate a lot. The pasta and sauces were all delicious. The instructor was great too. Great value. Highly recommend.

Great course! Number of people was just fine and the pasta and sauces were delicious! The lessons are a bit rushed, but enough to learn and make them at home.

Our pasta making class was wonderful and the results were delicious. With only six people in our group , we got individual assistance and each class member had a chance to do most steps in the process. We made 3 different past dishes and a dessert. Our instructor was knowledgeable, gave us tips and answered all questions and made the class a fun experience. Would definitely recommend it to any one interested in making pasta.
