Horrible experience! Don't do it. I don't recommend Viator. Customer service is horrible. Signed up for lunch that I never received. Time at Louve was cut short do to lunch that again we never received. Couldn't find tour guide. I repeat I do not recommend Viator!!

Excellent experience, our guide was very informative but you need a full day to see the entire Louvre if not more. All in all we enjoyed the experience

Again as all of the tours we booked, it was the ideal way and only way to see this massive museum. Our tour guide was knowledgeable and engaging and made the tour truly information.

This was an excellent tour. Our guide, Ms. Lombard, was a professor at the Sorbonne and was very knowledgeable and personable. Our lunch was very good and the attention that we received for the chef was top notch.

It was terrible!!!!! The tour guide only showed us the highlight of the highlights...she didn't stop and gave us time to take pictures, we took pis as we walk...

Really great and effiient tour. The tour guide spoke great english and was passionate about the Louvre and art. Though the tour felt rushed and hectic it was Saturday at the Louvre, this was perfect for us bc of our short stay in Paris. It didn't feel hectic bc of the tour -- everything around us was hectic. We received a brief overview/history of the Louvre, saw Egyptian artifacts, Venus de Milo, Mona Lisa and a few other of the most famous pieces. In addition, we ended the tour in the newer part of the exhibit which was focused on Islamic art. There is no way that I could have covered that much territory in two hours. We had sodas at the end of the tour -- didn't stay for lunch.

I was very disappointed with this tour. The meeting instructions were not helpful and the guide was late. Not being issued headsets, we had to gather around the guide at each stop to regroup which wasted time and we still couldn't well. We spend the last 30 minutes in the new Islamic section 25 of the our tour time! which was nice but not the reason we came to the Louvre as evidence by the lack of people in that exhibit. The lunch was disappointing as best. We waited 75 minutes to be served despite being the first to be seated. But worst of all, when lunch was over we were surprised to learn that we could NOT renter the museum without paying the full entry price.

I recommend doing Small-Group tour only. The gourmet lunch was quite an unsettling experience. The host and waiters treated us differently than the paying customers. Because we paid with this viator-package, the service was quite poor and we waited significantly longer for service than the other people dining that day. The guided tour was great however. Our host provided excellent information and oversight on all paintings, sculptures, and artifacts.
