Relax as your guide takes care of the driving, allowing you to focus on sightseeing rather than navigating the streets. After arriving on the French motoring scene in the 1940s, the attention-grabbing and economical Citroen 2V cars quickly became de reigeur. While their look has changed over the years, the original models such as the one used on this tour are held in deep-rooted affection in France. So, enjoy the attention from Parisian locals and visitors alike as you ride around in a true original: a soft-top vintage 2CV.
Your route takes in all the top Paris attractions around the city center, such as the world-famous Eiffel Tower. Hear how this feat of architectural engineering has become Paris’ signature sight, and cruise past other monumental icons like the Arc de Triomphe and Notre Dame Cathedral.
Learn about the city’s artistic heritage as you travel past Mus□e d'Orsay home to a staggering collection of Impressionist art and the Louvre Museum on Paris’ arty Left Bank. Admire the opulent Neo-Baroque fa ade of Opera Garnier, and travel along the Champs Elys□es boulevard. Other highlights include Place de la Concorde, Les Invalides and the Trocadero. Please note: 2CVs are small compared to modern vehicles, so with comfort in mind, bookings are only accepted for three people per car, with one driver assigned per trio. The 2CV City Highlights Tour is the perfect way to begin a vacation in Paris. After a long flight, the 1.5 hour private car tour was our first activity in this enchanting city. We were happy to have the chance to relax in the car while zipping around Paris with our informative guide, who gave us a great overview of city sites. Friendly and accommodating, he picked us up directly from our apartment and dropped us off upon request at the Eiffel Tower at the end. brilliant best way to see Paris and friendly informative guide

The 1 negative issue was that the driver, Abi, spoke very poor English. Even when asked to speak more slowly, he was unable to do so. I would suggest to the company that they screen their driver/guides more thoroughly, especially in their ability to be understood by the average English speaking tourist.

We did this tour on our arrival to Paris to get an overview of the city it was my daughter's first time in Paris. The car was adorable and a good way to see the sights but it was also incredibly bumpy. The driver drove pretty crazy and we had a hard time understanding him most of the time his French accent was very hard to understand and the car was loud. I don't think I would do this again.

Loved this tour - such a great introduction to Paris on our first night. To see how much Parisians love the Citroen by praising the car as we drove in it was wonderful! Must do if you come to Paris.

Our tour guide was polite and accommodating. We saw many of the Paris sites in their illuminated splendour.
Our guide was a wealth of information and entertained us with his spectacular driving skills in the chaiotic Paris traffic.

A wonderful way to introduce two nephews to Paris. Historic old car, great driver/guide, and the added adventure of opening and closing the top in between sudden bursts of rain. All met with good humor by driver and great humor by 6'4 nephews jammed in the back where they said they amazingly had enough room!.

My husband and I took 7 tours while we were in France. This tour was far and away the most fun! My husband sat in the front with the fabulous Jean-Francois who kept us entertained the entire time. Just riding in the Citroen made us smile, and we were able to see so many wonderful sights. If we'd been in France one more day, we would have taken this tour again. Jean-Francois has our vote for best tour guide!
