Our guide was extremely knowledgable in French history and art history and did a great job of putting the famous pieces in context.

Definitely worth it. There is so much to see that it’s overwhelming unless you have someone telling you what to look at when. Really enjoyed the tour and the guide.

Unable to it with the tour. I had to do it on my own due to missing the train stationThe Tour Agency personnel were super nice to change my tour for another day without any additional charge, unfortunately it was my last day in Paris.

My husband and I decided that we wanted to take a tour of something the day that we arrived in Paris. We decided to go with the 2 hour guided tour of the Louvre. It seemed a good amount to time to walk around and were under the impression that, after the guided tour was over, we would be able to freely explore the museum I suppose that on other days that would be true; however, we did not have the opportunity to experience that. The Louvre was incredibly packed with guests and they decided to close the museum early! The crowds are one thing, but we were not anticipating the museum to close early, so we were bummed. Our tour started at 2, and once we finally made it into the museum and got through security and ticket lines, it was closer to 3. (The museum started its closing protocol at 4:30) As far as the service provided by our tour guide- she was great! She was knowledgeable and kept our attention throughout the tour. I would recommend this tour, for sure, just don't plan it the afternoon before a holiday... We were bummed about that, but would do it again as an early tour.

Good overall. Meet up at the office with the guide who is very informative. The guide took us through the museum to some of the main highlights and then free to wander at own pace. Lots of people wanting to see The Mona Lisa obviously but should have been organized better than it was inside the museum as people just pushing forward to see painting, just pushing and shoving you to get to the front, not a great experience and didn’t get to see the ML in the end !

Loved this tour. Guide was excellent and a true art historian. Only negative was that it was a national holiday so unexpectedly much more crowded than usual and hard to see some of the points of interest.

Customer service at the tour office was terrible!!! One would never have guessed we were giving you money. We were treated like being there was an inconvenience to the counter staff and they really need to open the restroom to customers. Our guide was good and knowledgeable but obviously hurried trying to get us through the tour on time, most likely due to the fact that the tour departed late. This is in no way a rating of the Louvre! Absolutely amazing but do yourself a favor and go with another guide service!

Our guide Monica was fun, high energy and animated. We enjoyed her tour very much. She has good sense of humor and was informative of the art pieces. Great job !!

We had an excellent guide, whose name sadly, due to jet lag, I cannot recall. We had headsets to hear her and she made sure she kept the group together. Also held up a blue umbrella so we could see her at all times.Pricey, but a quick way to see the high points of the Louvre if you are short on time to see the sights of Paris.
