During the coach drive to Versailles, you will be offered an audio commentary (available in French, English, Spanish, Germany, Italian, Portuguese,Korean,Russian, Japanese and Chinese-Mandarin) describing the various facets of court life under the reign of Louis 14th, the "Sun King". It will help you through the unguided visit to the Chateau and the gardens.

Comfortable air conditioned coach. Guided through the entry process....very fast and efficient....thanks to the tour operator.. Plenty of time to marvel at the wonder this palace is.....massive beautiful gardens.....hard to comprehend that someone used of such a work of art as a home.....something everyone should see in their lifetime if they have the opportunity to do so. It was another unbelievable day that helped to make this bucket list checkmark well worth the experience.

The bus was late arriving at Versailles at 10:20am instead of 9:30m We has to wait 4 minutes under full sun, because our group was late. When we started the visit at 10:45, we only had one hour instead of 2, and therefore did not have a chance to see and do the gardens. All the bus passengers complained to Paris City Vision upon return, but they showed no concern at all. This was a very expensive booking for 5 people, for what was a terrible experience!!!
You should not contract with Paris City Vision, or they should plan their tour differently not to cheat tourists in this fashion! They seemed not to care at all!!! -
Our headset did not work and we could not find the guides anywhere to exchange them. Not a good experience

Tour is great but be prepared to squeeze through the crowds.

If you want to check Versailles off your list - than book this tour. Getting in took forever and we were off season - and then we only had 1.5 hours. No choice as to what to see - just the King's apartments and Hall of Mirrors in other words, the packed places. The RER is easy to navigate so if you really want to see Versailles - take the RER and spend the day at your own pace.

It's was a good trip, the guide was informative.

Great staff, very friendly and many languages spoken. The four hour tour advertised isn't exactly true, after the hour bus ride there and back we had 1:45 on site so just be aware you will only have two hours. There was a long site induction and instruction brief that really should have been done on the trip out they just needed to sit the different groups together on the bus to do this.
It's a good trip and it gets you in as quick as possible. -

Great short half day trip and easy to see the palace and grounds on your own. Great options for lunch are available, just ask if you don't see the signs.
