It was great to avoid the lines. The guide didn't show up until exactly the meeting time, which was a bit disconcerting. She should have been there earlier. There should have been more reminders about where to pick up the tickets.

It was a very efficient way to skip the line. They handed us a electronic audio tour to use in the tower.
There was time limit to stay there if we took the electronic tour and might possilby not be able to get to the summit We opted to not take the pens so we could got to the top and get the full experience.
We were all in good enough shape to walk to the second level...if I had to do it again, I would have walked and then taken the elevator to the summit -
We skipped a very long line to get into the Eiffel Tower. What we didn't realize is that the line to the very top was also very long, we should have checked into getting tickets ahead of time for the top floor. The audio guides were nice to listen to and easy to work and our guide seemed very knowledgeable even though we didn't stick with her for very long.

Great experience but we got very nervous about whether we would meet the attendant with the red umbrella. I think they need to be more visible for tourists in a very crowded place. Most people nearby have not heard of viator so we were worried until we saw the person carrying the umbrella. Once we got the tickets, everything was wonderful

It did what was advertised. We met across the street along the river. We walked across the street and were given about a 20 minute history of the Eiffel Tower. We were then walked to the bottom of the tower and got to skip the long line. About a 10 minute wait for the elevator and up to the second level. We looked around and then waited in a much longer line to get the elevator down we were there during peak season. Our mistake happened when we decided to get off a the first level on the way down - as the next elevator wait took at least 30 minutes due to lack of space in the descending elevators. I never could figure out if there was a way to get all the way to the top, without waiting in line down below and buying a separate ticket going to the top. The second level is high enough to see everything around the city. Great way to go if you can't get reservations directly ahead of time.

very poor! told via email to go to office nearby to collect tickets then told there to rush over to meet group who couldn't get in tower unless whole group was there!!! never told tour didn't include top. Stood in line one level 2 for 45 minutes to be told our ticket didn't include top. Did not sell tickets at the time because it was too crowded at the top. Rushed down stairs all the way! to return audio guide back in time....also never received confirmation of tour online and had to request it at last minute again because it never came!! not happy at all about all of this mess....

It was exactly what was sold to us. We got into the tower in less than 5 minutes withouth any queue. The guide gave an explanation before hand at the meeting point and handed over our tickets and an audio guide to hear some highlights of the Eiffel Tower and surroundings. It was easy, simple and very convenient to avoid a long line that could have maybe taken us more than 1 hour!

Ok tour to buy on high season, just to avoid queues. You go to the designated place 30 minutes prior and 2 ladies with red umbrella come with your tickets and a map and audio guide with 15 monuments explanations. The meeting location is not easy to find, there is no map with the instructions or picture of place, so arrive early, there are 2 carrousels on the Lena Bridge......
The overcharge for reserve the line and the audio guide is huge, so it only makes sense to avoid the lines if you could not get the tickets directly from the Tour Eiffel web page.
Eiffel tower is great, views and experience is a must in Paris.
