Board your air-conditioned coach in central Paris, and then sit back and relax on your 1-hour journey to La Vall□e Village, the luxury shopping destination set in the countryside near Disneyland Paris. Choose from the Express Option or Experience Option, and then ─ after your day of shopping ─ simply meet with your host at the prearranged time to return to central Paris.
Express Option:
On arrival at La Vall□e Village, simply leave your coach and head inside to enjoy roughly 7 hours of shopping at leisure. Explore the spacious outdoor mall independently and browse the collections at more than 115 boutiques, discovering mens’ and womens’ clothing, sportswear, accessories and more. Stroll through the village and stop to browse luxury wares at shops including Armani, Jimmy Choo, L.K. Bennett, Tommy Hilfiger and Joseph. Firstly it was supposed to be a 4 hour trip which wound up being 7 hours. I did not sign up for that long but was already at LaVallee when we were told what time to be back on the bus which was not 1 p.m. as advertised and on the receipt/travel voucher but 4 p.m. The shops are pretty much all high end and extremely expensive.

The vouchers they gave were really worth it and the tour was perfectly organised. Though there was a minor hickup where the tour operator couldnt find the reservation. After a few calls everything was sorted out. On the whole a good trip and also a good mall to visit for a some bargain shopping.

We were late for 10 minutes for our 9.30 a.m. trip and the bus had departed. We were booked fr 1.00 p.m. trip. There were only 2 of us on the way to La Vallee but many passengers on the way back to Paris. The counter people could be friendlier to tourists. Do not just act friendly to Caucasians but to us Asians too. We paid the same price.

My only complaint with this tour is it stated on the voucher that departure was 9:30am. when we arrived the lady Patricia told us we leave at 10am.I showed her on the voucher where it stated 9:30am and she was so rude and dismissive and said...I guess you will just have to wait then. Since we arrived early we had to wait one hour in 39 degree weather and no seats to wait for the bus. Would have been okay if it had not been for how rude the employee Patricia was. So, don't trust the time on your voucher!!!

The tour company organising the transportation needs to find a better way of getting customers who have paid upfront onto the bus. Having to queue for a ticket to get on the bus with hundreds of other people is unacceptable. Either than that once on the bus it was fine. The bus ride is comfortable and not too far out the city. If you're a shopaholic this is for you!

The bus was on time but the schedule both for going to and leaving La Vallee could be improved

This was a great trip as well. The bus was modern and comfortable. My wife and I enjoy shopping for designers items and we were able to find some great deals with designers who can only be seen in the Saks Fifth and Neiman Marcus in the USA.

I did not participate in the tour, but I did visit the shopping village on my own. GREAT deals on all the major designers

The tour company had NO booking for us, so on a scale of 0 - 5 I would have to rate this a 0. I have sent your company an email requesting assistance and I still have not received a reply. I have booked two other tours with your company and I am now extremely concerned that this may happen again please contact me ASAP with regards to the other two tours we have booked with you!!!
