    Meet your cooking instructor and fellow chefs at a cooking school in Old Nice, and acquaint yourself with the layout of your kitchen before beginning the 1.5-hour class preparing regional dishes of Provenal. The focus is very much on 'la cuisine Nioise,' and the menus vary as the seasons change (see sample menu below).

    French cuisine’s reputation for quality spreads far and wide ─ from corner caf□s all the way up to Michelin-ranked restaurants across the world ─ and the seaside city of Nice is no exception. Fresh fish from the Mediterranean Sea and locally grown fruit and vegetables dominate menus in homes and restaurants throughout Nice, and freshness is paramount.

    Working with meat or fish such as bream, listen to helpful tips and advice from your knowledgeable instructor to prepare a delicious 3-course meal of starter, main course and dessert. After your time in the kitchen, take your dishes away to enjoy.
