Meet your guide at Marseille Vieux Port in the morning, and then set off by air-conditioned minivan to Aix-en-Provence -- a chic little town in the heart of the Provence region. Stroll through Aix’s streets with your guide and browse the wares at one of the town’s vibrant markets.
Enjoy roughly three hours at leisure in the town to soak up the ambiance and take lunch (own expense). You guide will happily give you tips for the best places to eat or to simply sit and watch the world go by.
After meeting back at a pre-arranged time, leave Aix by minivan and travel to the achingly beautiful Valensole Plateau an area that bursts to life in the summer with a fragrant abundance of lavender and almond trees. Aptly translated from Latin as ‘valley of the sun,' Valensole is perfectly positioned with its sunny climate and fertile ground to grow lavender... and lots of it! As you travel through its picturesque streets, stop for photos in the magnificent lavender fields, and then explore Valensole village at leisure, perhaps shopping for lavender flowers and essential oils to take home.
Return to Marseille in the late afternoon, passing through more picturesque Provence countryside on the way to the coast. Your tour ends back at Marseille Vieux Port.行程概要出發地點

The scene was great! The lavender fields in the rural Southern France was amazing. It coloured the countryside with purple, pink and together with the blue sky, these formed one of the best memory of my travel life. The guide was amazing that she had much knowledge about the area and told a lot of stories. The trip was brilliant.

Overall is a good trip. Anyway Lavender was not blooming during our visit.
The tour guide is quite nice but the only thing is he look like unpatient during the way back. -
We loved Aix-en-Provence . We did get a good walking tour first to get the lie of the land, so to speak.
The Lavender fields were disappointing because the buds hadn't opened - not anyone's fault, of course but an alternative could have been offered.The following drive around to a couple of villages seemed a bit aimless (partly because one village was closed off) |We were asked what we would like instead but didn't know the area.
It was very annoying to be dropped so far from the hotel. We were told this was because the road was closed but there was traffic still going in both directions. (I think it was to be closed off later for the music festival). I feel you should stick to promised arrangements.
We had quite a bit of extra distance to walk because we weren't actually staying at the hotel. It would be much better to be picked up and dropped off at our accommodation, instead of having to make our way through rowdy crowds, after walking the extra distance. Also, the vehicle was much too crowded.
