Board the open-top, double-decker bus at the Old Port (Vieux Port) and hop on and off at any of the 13 stops along the route as many times as you like. I would not use this excursion again. The group that ran this excursion were extremely unorganized. There was no one who spoke English at the first stop and this was the person who was directing the customers which was virtually ineffective. When you got on the bus the driver gave you a ticket. The process took over a half hour to get people on board. There was too much wait time for the next bus to arrive when you hopped off. At the stop at the center of the city, we waited 1 hour and 45 minutes for a bus to take us to the 16th stop so we could get a shuttle bus to the ship.. I would not recommend Citi tours.

Not easy to identify on off locations-not well labelled. Not enough buses running meant that we were afraid toget odf for fear that we would not get back on.

Great way to get from the hotel to the Airport only had to wait 10 mins for the taxi while a delivery cleared the jetty. The communications from the tour operator arrived the day before as scheduled. We had another little tour around the grand canal while we picked up other's and then over to the Airport.

Great. No question when you are a first visitor with a time schedule this is the way to go.

There is too much traffic in Marseille to make this experience work.

I was expecting better. There weren't very many stops in front of attractions. We saw several but the were not on the route.

Nice overall tour of the city and ports. Good commentary. Enjoyed seeing Port Saint Jean and the Cathedrale. Highlight was the Notre Dame de la Garde -- beautiful!

This was the worst tour ever. It took us forever to even find the hop on hop off bus. I will never take this type of tour again. You don't let people know where to go to find a bus stop. When we did ride the bus we noticed the bus did not stop at any designated stops except the one where we caught it to begin with. Louzy customer service.

Absolutely worst!We couldn't find the stop station of the bus for hours it wasn't on 20 min from the port as was written.When we found the stop station we were waiting more than half an hour and bus did not come,so we took the taxi to the Cathedral Notr Dam and than tourist train for back.We did not use our tickets for that bus and we do not recommended it to anybody else!!!
