Via Ferrata in the Vertige de l’Adour is an experience that you can go through on your own or share with your family, friends or colleagues. Enjoy this family day out, birthday party, school trip, or teambuilding whatever your fitness, ability or age are. Our certified mountain guides and rock climbing instructors will help and guide you through all the activities. Because your safety is our priority!
Apart from this great adventure, we offer our guests free parking and a cup of tea or coffee upon their arrival. Moreover, there is a picnic area with a grill so that you can relax and have a barbecue after finishing the Via Ferrata course.
If you are coming along with your family, we also have an appropriate course for kids over 3 years old. The children will be looked after by our staff while parents are out!
Do not put it off and book your date in advance in order to be sure there are still available places for you. We will confirm your reservation by email or phone asap.
This offer also includes an overnight stay in a small stone hut and breakfast. The hut, barbecue spot and Via Ferrata course are located in close proximity so that you don’t need to go far in case you are tired after the outdoor session. Don’t be mistaken though, it is not a five-star hotel, but still an agreeable place that will complete your fantastic day with us, at the Vertige de l’Adour. Note that the places in the hut are limited for the moment and we recommend it for a 4-member family or ideally a couple. If you don't fall into these two groups, contact us either via email contact@viaferrrata-pyrenees.com or by phone on 0033632710796. We can arrange the accommodation elsewhere if needed.
At the end, you will be given a certificate and we will send you your photos as a reminiscence that you have taken part in this adventure in the Pyrenees.行程概要出發地點
Our site location is near the 'Pic du Midi' (5min drive from the "tourmalet mountain pass"). It's about an hour drive from the city of Lourdes or 55 minutes from Tarbes-Lourdes international airport.
The cabin and Via Ferrata course are located at Artigues in the Grand Tourmalet valley. Enter 'La Mongie' or 'Vertige de l'Adour' in your GPS and follow our orange signs by the road.
