After being equipped, transfer will be done by bus to Couloir Samson. There's a short walk before to penetrate in the Verdon Grand Canyon.
From the "Couloir Samson" through "la Baume aux pigeons", you will progress in the river, alternating parts to swim, little jumps and natural slides in the emerald water of the Verdon.
At the beginning, you will familiarize with the water element, the rapids...on the back, downstream you are in floating position : appreciate the landscape around you.
Some jumps until 5 meters can be done by the more sportive then at the same time the others can just take the floating position on the back and go down the stream.
return will be done by foot by sentier Martel where you will across two tunnels which the longest is 800 meters long but don't worry guide will have a torch.
As Verdon river is regulated by a damm, activity can only be practise when the damm is closed
