10.30 a.m cookery class in Sin□ad's Wilde Kitchen where together we prepare a typical, three course meal in the 18th century farmhouse kitchen. Starters, mains and desserts are all prepared from scratch in a relaxed, but informative atmosphere.
1p.m - 3.30 p.m the fruits of our labours are enjoyed during a leisurely lunch washed down with a glass of local, organic cider or wine.
A one day course may include a visit to the local farmer's market (Mondays and Fridays only) where we meet at 9 am and start sourcing the freshest of ingredients for our cookery class.
You’ll find the tastiest of artisan foods, sample whatever the passionate producers offer and help choose some really fresh produce for our cookery session.
Additionally, an after-lunch trip to an organic cider farm may also be arranged. Here you'll enjoy a guided tour of the ciderie followed by a chance to taste the apple products - cider, pommeau, calvados and apple juice. A walk to the orchards may also be on the agenda, weather permitting.行程概要出發地點
