This personalized tour from Bordeaux takes you to one of the most renowned wine regions in the world M□doc. In the morning, you will follow the castle road and visit some of the M□doc’s famous wineries.
Your first visit and wine-tasting experience will take place in a classified growth chateau of the Margaux or St Julien appellation. Here, the wine produced is a combination of elegance and class. You will then head for Pauillac, where you will have some free time to enjoy lunch and taste some more wines.
Next, you’ll enjoy your second visit and wine-tasting session in a classified growth chateau of the Pauillac or St Estephe appellation. Here, the wines are a little more flesh and concentrated, producing a more voluptuous style of wine.
Finally, your tour will end at another Classified Growth Chateau for your final wine tasting of the day. During the visits, learn about the history of the different estates as well as the wine-making process. The estates visited will either be from the Classified Growth or Crus Bourgeois appellations.行程概要出發地點

Definitely would do again---our tour guide was wonderful and we visited three wineries of all different classes. Excellent overview of the region.

Matt was a wonderful guide! We learned so much of the history of the region as well as of the wines and wine making. We visited some beautiful Chateaux and tasted great wines. A long day but well spent.

Our guide Simon was excellent. He met our group of 8 people at the assigned location and drove us to 3 different chateaus. Everything was completely streamlined and interesting. Each chateau was a bit different and Simon was careful to assure that we didn't keep hearing the same thing at each stop. Our lunch stop was comfortable and even though it was on a Sunday and many restaurants weren't open, Simon was able to give personal recommendations for several great places to eat. We had a bit of extra time after lunch so we were able to make an interesting stop to see some beautiful views. We have had good luck with all of our Viator experiences. The full day Wine tour did not disappoint!

We were excited at the prospect of visiting several famous Chateaux, and as well as enjoying the ambience, trying their wonderful wines. Having our guide named Luigi, meant that Mario Brothers were on the road for the day. His insightful stories and explanations meant we had a full day of immersion in the Medoc

Denis picked us up at the Bordeaux Visitor Center..He showed us a map of the area we were going to experience and gave us a history of wine making in the Medoc Region, explaining how soil , precipitation , and other factors contribute to the flavor of the wine.
We enjoyed a lovely day touring 3 Chateaux and learning about modern wine making...stainless steel containers, control rooms, barrels used for only 3 years etc.
He pointed out other famous chateaux including Lafitte Rothschild, which thrilled my travel companion. ..and made an extra stop for a wonderful photo op.

Great full day small group tour to medoc wine region. We were lucky to be the only two signed up for the day, so our tour was truly a small group that was personalized just for us. A lot of nice places to visit, tour and taste wine. Great stop for our lunch guide gave us options and really appreciated his recommendation it was excellent.

It might have been because we just took a left bank tour the day before and it was just the two of us, but we had a new tour guide that was not really able to add a lot to the tour - but again, not sure if he could have. The visits were nice because it was fun ton contrast the left bank from the right bank and to see how big the Medoc vineyards were.

What great value for money!! Amy (?Amiele?) was an excellent driver, tour guide and wonderful company! Her suggestions were gold. We enjoyed the wineries she took us to and lunch was exactly right. I can not recommend this tour highly enough. It was so nice to have everything organised fir us!

Well worth the time and cost. Amy was the best. Highly recommend.
