L'atelier des Chefs is a well-known French cooking school with branches across the country, offering classes run by expert pastry chefs to introduce you to the fine art of French desserts.Meet your chef, take a look at the recipes you’ll be working on (recipes vary by day) and listen to an introduction on the age-old traditions and heritage of French desserts. Then begin making your own perfect pastries, learning handy tips and tricks from your chef and asking any questions you have along the way.You might make delicate macarons ─ meringue patties with a delicious cream or ganache filling ─ or perhaps a sumptuous summer fruit tart with berries. In the ever-popular choux pastry course, master the art of making profiteroles (cream puffs), □clairs, mille-feuilles (similar to Napol□ons), tartes Tatins (caramelized fruit tarts) or chocolate souffl□s.
