    After pickup from any hotelin central Rotorua at your selected departure time, set off for a wild ride on theKaituna River. Hop into yourtransport vehicle to thepicturesque rafting base inthe Kahikitea Forest, where river guides provide a full safety briefing. Once you've slipped into specialclothing to keep you warm, grab your paddle, helmet, and life vest for the exciting journey ahead.
    You'll paddle over more than a dozenrapids, including the impressiveTutea Falls, a cascade thatboasts a 22-foot drop withadrenaline overload. Pass through a steep canyon lined by subtropical native forest while you learn to navigate the thrilling white water.
    When you're safely back on shore, you're deliveredback to thebase where you can 'chill out' for a bit and view souvenir photos snapped by a professional photographer (available to purchase). Change into dry clothes and relax whiletransferred to your starting point.

    I had a wonderful and excellent guide who taught us how to have the maximum fun and memorable experience. He always reminded us that we should "HOLD TIGHT TO THE RAFT!!!!!", "DEEP PADDLE!!". The morale of the rafters in my raft were at sky high throughout the journey and i must admit that we had lots of fun!!!I forgot the name of the guide and i will like to say a big thank you for giving me my first time good white water rafting experience.Cheers,James (Hong Guan)

    Really enjoyed this activity, well organised friendly and definitely worth doing. If you've never done anything like this and I hadn't give it a go - you'll not regret it.

    Omg this was an excellent experiences, I had never done anything like this before and was very apprehensive about doing this but the guys were very friendly and helpful. They took us through the safety and what to do if we found ourselves in the water. Once we were in the Grafton the water going down the river your addrellerling kicks in and you love every minute of it. The crew look after you and make sure that you have a great time, I would definitely recommend this to everyone as a must do.
