The Agrodome is a 640-hectare (160-acre) sheep and beef farm which has been opened up to the public. An educational and hands-on experience, you'll get the chance to join in on farming activities as you learn about farming in NZ and meet the farmers and their sheep. Step back 100 years in time at the Woollen Mill where you'll learn about processing wool and maybe even catch a demonstration of carding and spinning.
You have the choice to include the award-winning Agrodome Sheep Show or Agrodome Farm Tour during your visit, or you can choose to do both.
The Agrodome Sheep Show is an hour-long interactive experience where you'll be introduced to 19 different breeds of sheep. Take part in a live sheep auction and after the show, step outside to see the remarkable Heading Dogs herding sheep and generally having a great time!
Join the Agrodome Farm Tour for a taste of life on the farm. You'll be guided by a genuine kiwi (a New Zealander that is, not a bird!) farmer and introduced to a variety of farm animals. There's cattle, deer, llamas and alpacas, even emus and ostriches, and of course more sheep. You'll be able to get close to the animals and even hand feed them if you wish. Next up is a stop at the Organic Education Centre to taste wine, juice and/or honey, while learning about organic fruit growing.
The Agrodome is suitable for all ages and makes a great morning or afternoon of family entertainment. Located only 10km (6-miles) from Rotorua with excellent public transport from the city centre, the Agrodome is the essential New Zealand experience. You'd be baahking mad to miss it!行程概要出發地點

So funny! The show was adorable and we LOVED seeing 19 different sheep on stage. Then the cow - which my daughter was able to milk on stage. The the herding dogs. Then the baby lambs which I was able to nurse. Absolutely incredible!!

So much fun and so cute! The tour was a great time, the sheep show was funny and sweet, and the kiwi juice was delicious. My friend and I had a great time on this tour : I'd recommend doing the 9:30 show and 11:40 tour!

This was such a fun morning! The sheep show was interesting and had some cool information and participation from the crowd. If you're going to visit the Agrodome, though, make sure you take the farm tour! You get to feed the sheep and alpaca and be up close to a lot of great animals. We also got to sample fresh kiwi juice and the local honey. Definitely spend a few hours here!

Great opportunity to touch and feed the Sheep and Lama. Was able to see many different varieties of Sheep on the show and take lots of photos.

The sheep show was entertaining and the sheeps were really adorable. Aside from that got to learn a lot about sheeps and other animals from all over the world.
Tour of the farm was fun especially trying to get pictures of the little lambs and alpacas. Wished got more time on the kiwi farm. The kiwi fruits were tasty! Suitable for all ages. -

Maybe we should have seen the sheep show. -
The farm tour and sheep show were great. We liked that we had the opportunity to be closed the animals after the show. My family enjoyed a lot and we would highly recommend the Agrodome tour to the families with young children.

This show and farm tour has great reviews but I still was worried. Shouldn't have been, it was great. I have adult children 18-22 and they even enjoyed it! We were there in early winter June so the crowds were less. It could get a little less enjoyable if it was overcrowded.

Must see if you are animal lover. Take combo with farm tour, where you can encounter animals.
Best part, animal feeding is free and they only provide food of animal to feed. Absolutely free.
A must see in Rotorua.
