    Meet your guide, who will outfit you with a helmet and your Segway. In a quiet area, spend a little time learning how to operate the Segway by practicing the easy controls for steering and powering. Most people feel comfortable within a few minutes.

    When you’re ready, set off with your guide to explore Queenstown. Glide to a scenic spot by Lake Wakatipu, where your guide can snap photos of you with your camera. You have your choice of a 1 or 2hr options. The 1hr trip will give you a taste of how much fun these machines are to ride. The 2hr tour will provide a full tour of Queentown's beautiful lakeside and gardens with interesting information along the way.

    1-hour tour:
    Learn to ride and takea spin around Queenstown Bay. Take in great views of Lake Wakatipu as you ride through St Omer Park past Earnslaw Park, Marine Parade and the Queenstown Gardens.

    The 1-hour tour is a great way to find out how much fun it is to ride a Segway while getting a basic overview of Queenstown and its beautiful surroundings.

    2-hour tour:
    Take in the spectacular lakeside scenery as you cruise along the water and listen to your guide’s informative commentary about Queenstown’s history and landmarks. Venture a bit out of town and glide up a hill or two ─ much more fun on a Segway than on foot.

    Then roll through the Queenstown Gardens and enjoy what's on offer there. On the trip back to your starting point, you have the option to try out a higher speed setting for some faster-paced fun.

    Queenstown is a fantastic city to visit and, with only a day to do so, the Segway Tour was a fun way to see as much of it as possible. I have gone on Segway tours in various cities San Francisco, Austin, New Orleans, and this was one that I highly recommend. Our guide Kevin was great! A beautify city, fun ride, and relaxed atmosphere. Have a great time in Queenstown!

    Segways are a great way to get around the city. Sunshine did a fantastic job teaching us quickly how to ride the Segways and did a great job leading the tour of the city.

    Absolutely brilliant. The two guides Sunshine and Liela would brilliant- great patience when we were learning to ride the segway and then very informative along the ride by the lake. Best two hours fun - I want one!
