Your informative and knowledgeable guide will collect you from your Sydney hotel and we will travel directly to the Hunter Valley, which is nestled in the lee of the Great Dividing Range. En route we will stop for a short restroom visit.
180 years young, this is Australia’s oldest and best known wine region and is soaked in history. Our first visit is to a 5-star winery nestled in the Mount View region of the Hunter Valley, a well renowned viticulture area. Sample exquisite wines in your own private area.
From here we continue onto Leogate Estate. This opulent cellar door is the perfect place to enjoy that unique taste which only the Hunter Valley and their award winning wines can provide. Here we will enjoy a selection of cheeses to accompany the wine tasting, followed by a tour of the onsite winery to learn of the wine making process.
On conclusion of the tour, we enjoy a relaxing 2 course lunch (selection of platters, followed by dessert) accompanied by a glass of wine. Further beverages can be purchased at own expense.
After lunch we travel to Tulloch Winery. This small completely family owned winery and vineyard produces wines that express the unique terrain and climate from the ancient soils of the Brokenback Range. Here we will enjoy a unique wine tasting experience in collaboration with artisan chocolatier “Cocoa Nib”. You will sample five handmade praline chocolates, matched to the winery’s current release wine a sensational way to conclude our day in the Hunter Valley Wine Region.
From here we commence our return to Sydney to arrive back at your hotels approximately 5 5.30pm.行程概要出發地點

Scott is very helpful and cheerful during the journey. The 2 wineries we visited is good - I personally like the 1st one more than the 2nd one due to more closed communications. The time spent in the zoo is around 30 mins, which is to me, a bit short.

This was an outstanding trip and well worth the value. The wilderness zoo trip component was very special in that with the tour you have a private paid session with a Koala and an american alligator that you can pet. The Koala was one of our highlights of our entire trip. The wine tours were excellent. We took a separate trip later that had a wilderness stop, and there was no private session with the Koala and in the zoo setting, they were sleeping - they sleep around 20 hours a day.

This tour took us to some beautiful and scenic locations with a good sampling of wines from three wineries. On the way we stopped at a wildlife refuge and got to feed baby kangaroos and pet a baby koala. Our favourite winery was Leogate who provided a beautiful lunch and tour. We highly recommend this tour!

Wonderful full day trip to a very scenic wine country with excellent tastings and lunch! The trip to the Australia reptile park to see the Koala's and Kangaroos was fun for all. Our guide, Axl, was great. It was nice to get away from Sydney to see the countryside. I think we all wished we had a bit more time at the wildlife park but the driving time required a tight schedule.

I am only giving this tour 2 stars because our tour guide was wonderful, but the description of the tour needs to be fixed as soon as possible since it isn't true to what it says. It might be hard since it's early, but eat a breakfast before you go! They pick you up really early only to give you a small cup of tea or coffee which was kind of cold with a biscuit. The wildlife park was only a 30 min stop. We got to meet for 5 min with a small alligator and Koala and then feed some kangaroos. We couldn't walk around the park and we did not hand-feed wallabies or emus. We went to a small winery on our second stop and it was okay, but there was no wine and cheese ... just a few tastings of wine. The gourmet lunch at our third stop was family style and although was tasty, not worth the price when you are sharing with 9 other people nor was it enough for the amount of people they were feeding. The last stop was supposed to be shopping and chocolate tasting. It was only another 30 min stop and the chocolate tasting was walking into a small chocolate shop and they gave you a few pieces of candy. Everything was always rushed throughout the day to stick to a time schedule and it was very frustrating since I was hoping for time at each stop. I also wish we got a partial refund because we went on this trip because we thought we would have equal time with wine tasting, food, and wildlife as the description says and really all it was, was minimal wine tasting. I would look elsewhere if you are looking for this experience. This trip was expensive for what they offered. However, I do like to point out again and I wish I remembered her name, but our tour guide was great and very knowledgeable about the area. I also loved that she stopped at a gas station on the way back for a break since it was a lot of driving. I wish we would have went with another tour company though that actually did what we paid for!

We had an amazing time! Don, our driver and guide, was personable, knowledgeable, and flexible. The animal park, where we were able to pet koala, python, croc, and kangaroos, was a treat and the two wineries were fantastic in their own ways. Lunch was delicious! I was pleasantly surprised how good the food was! By the end of the tour, we had bonded with our tour mates.

Great trip thru country side. Awesome lunch, excellent food. Best driver and bus on any of the trips we booked in AU. Very relaxing day trip.

Awesome winery tour. Our tour driver, Peter, was very knowledgeable and friendly. All of the wineries were terrific. Had a wonderful lunch as well. Great afternoon!

It's rather a long bus ride, but worth the trip if you enjoy wine at all. The small group size was perfect, and the wilderness preserve was great - we got to feed kangaroos that were hopping around us, pet a koala and a reptile, and also to see indigenous animals that were safely contained such as wombats, Tasmanian devils, dingoes, and a crocodile. All of the wines were outstanding, and the wineries choose wine varieties that are not readily available in the US. The gourmet lunch at one winery was definitely that. Very much recommend this tour!

Really enjoyed this tour. Great driver who was very knowledgeable. Very enjoyable day. Started off at a wildlife park which was just great and then on to the wineries and a great lunch. Bought some beautiful wine only to lose it at the border when we left Sydney. Very disappointing. Other than that really recommend this tour.
