After early morning pickup from your Sydney hotel, your guide will welcome you with a selection of healthy snacks to keep you satisfied until breakfast.
The first stop of the day is the Sydney Fish Markets. Kick-start the day by grabbing a coffee as you explore and learn about the Sydney Fish Markets. Watch the auction floor in action or join your guide as they select locally caught seafood for the day’s menu.
Break up the journey with a freshly cooked hot breakfast beside the picturesque Hawkesbury River.
Continue along the picturesque convict built Great North Road as your guide shares information about the Hunter Valley’s fascinating history and unique wine varieties.
On reaching the Hunter Valley stop in the historic hamlet of Wollombi for the first tasting of the day. Roll your own sushi ‘the way you like it’. Select the wine you think best matches it as you sample and learn about Wollombi wines from the winemakers themselves.
Continue past rolling hills to the next handpicked winery with panoramic views of the Great Dividing Range. Discover local made wines as you graze on delicious dishes, prepared by your guide/chef, designed to match the tasting.
The Hunter Valley is also known for its quality regional produce like olive oils, chutneys, olives and chili sauces. If time permits, a stop at a favourite local produce store means you can try as many delicacies as you like.
Relish in the pleasure of tasting Barramundi and Kangaroo with Hunter Semillon and Shiraz. Then devour a decadent dessert accompanied with sweet dessert wine to wrap up your gourmet experience before returning to Sydney.行程概要出發地點

A fun group of people making sushi and drinking wine. What can be better? Chef Jimmy ‘s food and Stephanie and Bratt wine ambassadors only elevated the experience.

This was one of the best tours my wife and I have ever taken. We started with the fish market, which I wish I knew about before or other times I've been in Sydney. If we ever go to Sydney again, I will be there every morning. Then our guide took us to a spot where he made us breakfast, some of which was stolen, appropriately, by a kookaburra. We then went to three wineries, two of which he fed us again. The wineries, guide and food were awesome.

Our host Jimmy picked us up at our hotel and we had a full day. We stopped at the fish market and Jimmy bought fresh supplies for the day. Our breakfast stop by the river was great with wonderful food. We also each made a sushi roll which we enjoyed at the end of the day. On to the wineries. We had different foods Jimmy prepared at each winery, paired with the wine. We had stuffed mushroom, scallop, kangaroo slider, our sushi roll and a desert. I could not imagine a better day! I highly recommend this tour!

Great fun, delicious food, the right amount of wine and beautiful scenery made this a wonderful day. Jimmy couldn't have been a better host through out the entire day. It was obvious that he enjoys giving these tours. Would I do this tour again?? In a heart beat!

This tour was AMAZING and greatly exceeded expectations. Chef Jimmy was wonderful and even dealt with food allergies that he didn’t know about til he was fixing our breakfast!!’ I can’t say enough good things about him and the tour was fantastic. He even taught us to make sushi!! Kudos Chef Jimmy.

Jimmy the driver guide and and chef was brilliant, started the day off at the fish market where he showed us round and bought supplies for the food to serve with the wine tastings. Stopped after about 1 hour for breakfast but could not do the sushi rolling due to it pouring with rain. We then drove to hunter valley for three separate vineyard wine tastings while jimmy cooked food pairings in the back of the bus.he got absolutely soaked. Amazed at how many wines we tasted about 21 in all. Great day out only spoiled by the pouring rain all day.

Truely an amazing day. Jimmy did an amazing job. On a scale of 1 to 10, I give this tour a 15...It was outstanding...Don't miss doing it !!!!

This is such a great trip. The food is wonderful. The wine is wonderful. From visiting the fish market to making your own sushi and then sampling wines at three wineries with food prepared on the spot at two of the three spots, it's a great day. You should do this trip.

Great food and wine and lots of it. Got to see a bunch of Kangaroos in the wild. Jimmy was an excellent host!
