The tours were fabulous. Sydney Harbour Lunch Cruise was lovely, with gourmet food for lunch. However, the attendant at the window of Captain Cook's was extremely rude and unhelpful. That was where we needed to pick up our tickets. After the cruise, we were scheduled for the tour, which was fantastic. Driver/leader was very informative. The only problem was that we had no idea where to get the bus. We had no directions, so we went up to street level, frantically looking for the bus. We found it just before he took off. Great tours, but frustrating in terms of logistics.

Harbor Cruise was great. But when we disembarked to transfer to the bus for the land tour there was no one there to direct us to the bus.
We were among the last passengers and other passengers were going different directions.
The harbor cruise was good. However, when we disembarked to go on the land tour there was no one to direct us to the bus. We were among the last to leave the ship and people were going different directions so we went back to the ship and asked directions. We were told to follow a group of people. After about 1/2 mile we ended up at the harbor aquarium. By this time we had missed the tour bus. Consequently, we only got 1/2 of our scheduled tour. Cook Tours, who conducted the tour, did a very poor job of directing and managing the tour. -
The lunch cruise was very nice and enjoyed the river views. It was hard to hear everything the narrator was saying about certain view points. The bus tour was very good and the driver, David, was excellent at giving us the highlights. He was delightful!

The lunch cruise was very nice. The food was good and the narration pointed out the sights around the harbor. The city bus tour was great as well. Stephen was the driver/guide. He did a very nice job.

Beautiful beach, and landscapes on the road on the part of Bondi. The Cruise with Captain Cook and their lunch were great.
I just not give 5 starts, because I think is better to take more time for each one. -
I did not think the lunch was very good, so next time I will choose a tour without it. Otherwise, the trip was enjoyable. It was good to have a time to just ride around (by boat and bus) and have sights pointed out to us. Bondi Beach as beautiful as I imagined even in cold, windy, weather.

the harbor cruise is a must do, if your visiting Sydney for a short time. the food was excellent, and the harbor view is spectacular. the bus tour was great and the tour guide was funny and very informative.
