    For that added personalized touch, book this "Meet and Greet" service with a direct transfer from Sydney International or Domestic Airports to downtown Sydney, Kings Cross, Potts Point, Elizabeth Bay, Rushcutters Bay, Paddington, Chinatown, Haymarket, Darling Harbour, Darling Harbour Wharf, Circular Quay, Bondi, Randwick or Coogee hotels, door to door.

    This service must be pre-booked at least 48 hours prior to arrival and cannot be arranged when you arrive so get in early and book online today.

    Note: Transfers are not available with drop off at any private residence or hotels north of the Sydney Harbour Bridge, including North Sydney and Kirribilli.

    When making a booking, you will need to advise your flight details and your Sydney hotel details. Your transfer will be confirmed instantaneously and you will be provided with a travel voucher to present to the driver. It's easy.

    At time of booking, You must include the following flight and hotel details:
    • Airline
    • Flight Number
    • Domestic / International Airport
    • Departing City / Arrival City
    • Arrival Time
    • Hotel Name

    Transfers are provided by a fleet of the most modern coaches ranging from mini-coach (up to 21 seater), through to large coach (48 - 50 seater). The mini-coach is the main vehicle for airport transfers as it allows for very fast and efficient transfers, being able to maneuver around the busy streets of Sydney.

    Sydney Kingsford Smith Airport is approximately 20 - 22 kilometers to downtown Sydney and the journey takes approximately 25 - 30 minutes. An additional 15 minutes should be allowed if passengers are travelling to Randwick, Coogee or Bondi. The duration of transfers are approximate. The exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions. Accessing some city hotels on New Year's Eve can be more time consuming than usual.

    Confirmation for this transfer will be received at time of booking Sydney Kingsford Smith Airport is approximately 20 - 22 kilometers to downtown Sydney and the journey takes approximately 25 - 30 minutes. Accessing some city hotels on New Year's Eve can be more time consuming than usual. Each traveler is allowed one (1) piece of luggage and one (1) piece of hand luggage free of charge. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. golf clubs, bikes or surfboards) may attract a small additional fee, payable direct to driver. Infant and Child seats are NOT provided however, transfer vehicle have provisions Collapsible wheelchairs are accommodated but the vehicle is not a handicap accessible vehicle. Please note this is a shared airport transfer. The transfer service includes meeting all passengers and services all incoming flights. There maybe a short wait for other incoming flights.

    A moment of panic as we had to wait for our prebooked taxi, but he arrived and all was well. it appears the plane arrived a little early. A nice ride to the hotel

    When we arrived in Sydney, upon clearing customs and getting our luggage we proceeded to the Arrivals Hall. Inside the arrivals hall were a number of individuals with signs that read the names of passengers they were picking up. There was no one that I could find with a sign with my last name. I proceeded for 1 hour walking back and forth between the two arrival halls, A and B, as well, as outside to the shuttle bus area. Eventually I called the local SunBus telephone number and was advised by Nick, who answered the phone, that the driver didn't see us and proceeded to leave and was already in the Sydney CBD with other passengers. This led to me having to pay for a taxi, which cost 44 AUD to get my family of 4 to our hotel. It would have been nice if the driver had a sign or a shirt, jacket, sweater, something with SunBus on it, as there was no one that I could find identifying themselves with that provider. Furthermore, when I asked the Information Desk they had no clue who SunBus was and recommended I hire a cab or go to the Redi2Go shuttle counter for assistance. Lastly, I would say that there customer service wasn't the greatest, as I called 48 hours in advance of our departure, as the Viator confirmation advised, and spoke with Nick at around 6:00pm AST on Wednesday and was advised that it's past office hours and that I would need to call back the next day. Overall there is probably another shuttle bus provider that you could use that is more professional and meets the standards that many Americans are accustomed to.

    The pickup was 45 minutes late we had to walk to another terminal and out to a bus lot driver had no personality.
