    when we arrived at sunshine coast our confirmed trip from airport to hotel we werent on the list. this created stress as the didnt understand your confirmation, at one point we though they wernt going to take us because we wernt on there list even though we had your confirmatio. return to airport rang to confirm for next day, and guess what we werent on there list again we had to talk our way thru it. there is definitely a communication hole between the aviator and the actual company that does the transfers. even after eventually confirming our return trip we both thought this isnt going to happen. but pleasantly surprised when the driver turned up on time.
