Great day in blue mountains. Glen gave an excellent overview and commentary. The bus was comfortable and we had plenty of time to see the mountains. The wildlife preserve was fantastic.

Nice tour if you don't have so much time. The afternoon part outside the city very nice!

The fact that the tour is broken up into 3 segments made it a bit strange - early morning with the driver, then the walk portion with another guide, then a 90 minute break on our own for lunch, then a return to the starting point with a driver is a bit of a strange structure. Overall the tour itself was great, the management of it needed help: we were not given a hotel pick up time, but then we get a call at 7:20 that the bus is waiting outside for us then we get outside only to find he's left, but being at the Westin, we're only 1 block from the departure site, which is only at 8:20 anyway, so why pick us up at 7:20, and why were we not advised of the hotel pick up time?
