Your professional driver will be waiting for you at the designated area at Melbourne Tullamarine Airport’s international or domestic terminal (see Departure Point under Important Info tab for details). Board your comfortable shared van for your worry-free transfer to your hotel in downtown Melbourne’s CBD or St Kilda.
Settle into your comfortable seat and enjoy generous legroom and space to store luggage during your trip from the airport to your hotel. Your friendly professional driver ensures that your arrival goes smoothly.
Be sure to pre-book your transfer at least 48 hours prior to arrival. When booking, you must provide your flight details and your Melbourne hotel details. Your transfer will be confirmed instantaneously and you will receive a travel voucher to present to your driver. You can also book your return transfer.
Please note, this transfer service does not operate between midnight and 4am.行程概要出發地點
- Melbourne Tullamarine Domestic Airport - T3 (Virgin Blue) Driver will be waiting at the Meeting Point at the bottom of the escalator in the Arrivals Hall. T1 (Qantas) Driver will be waiting at the Meeting Point near luggage carousel #3 in the Arrivals Hall.
- Melbourne Tullamarine International Airport - Please proceed to The Meeting Point sign (Arrivals Hall). It is a large red sign about 30 metres from the Travelers Information Desk, situated in the Arrivals Hall, where the driver will wait for you.
- Melbourne Tullamarine Airport - Tiger Airlines Meeting Point - You will need to make your own way from Terminal 4 to Terminal 3 (T3, Virgin Blue) and meet the driver on the ground floor at the designated Driver Meeting Point at the bottom of the escalators in the arrivals hall. The distance from Terminal 4 to Terminal 3 is approx 100 metres.

Confirmation will be received at time of booking Collapsible wheelchairs are accommodated. Each traveler is allowed one (1) piece of luggage and one (1) piece of hand luggage free of charge. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. golf clubs, bikes or surfboards) may attract a small additional fee, payable direct to driver. Tullamarine Airport in Melbourne is approximately 18 - 20 kilometers from downtown Melbourne and the journey takes approximately 25- 30 minutes. An additional 15 minutes should be allowed if passengers are traveling from St. Kilda. Very good the bus was waiting even when we very late but pity the driver didn't know the area,and had to keep asking people the way

Excellent. Driver was on time and very helpful. Actually, I'd give this driver 6 stars if I could. He was also very knowledgeable about the area and loved to talk, and we learned a lot from him.

We arrived at the airport and found our way to the meeting point but there was no-one there to meet us. We waited for about 30 mins and then went looking, we found a nice person from a different company who helped us to locate the van out in the parking area. The driver was lovely but he told us our pickup time would be 6.15am - 6.20am on the 31st which turned out to be incorrect and that we would be at the airport by 7am which was far from what happened. Please read our return trip as that was the real issue.

The driver was at the appointed meeting place at the time specified and the trip into the hotel was quick. I had my daughter flying in on a later plane and the rep rang her phone to check the number and we found her plane had been delayed 11 hours so they, and I, could rearrange our schedules. I will definitely use this service again.

Arrived and followed instructions given on where the meeting point was. No one there and no sign, after waiting half an hour I had to call the number that was on my voucher, was told to go outside to the group pick ups and wait for the bus. Another half hour passed, then a young woman from Sunbus arrived and basically was rude. Would I use them again, NO.
