Well run, good comentary, punctual.
Booking was easy to make. Staff helpful as we were three oldies., 2 of which were from Queensland.
Sights were easily recognisable.
Would use tbis service again for visitors. -
Times available depend on how many customers. Can wait 4hrs for trip. customer service below average

The trip was a great way to relax and take in the scenery, together with a very informative commentary from the captain who also had a sense of humor. A good time had by all.

Didn't mind the ten minutes late at the start of the cruise but was a bit feed up on the return journey as it was thirty minutes late and as you are told to be there ten minutes before the ferry it not good as we had booked for dinner in the evening we were very late.

We enjoyed a lot... very good humorous commentary onboard. Nice cruise and we enjoyed a lot. Ferry was well maintained and clean.

We loved our return trip to Williamstown. The day was perfect and the boat comfortable. I loved that some windows were open. Our captain gave an entertaining description of all we past. It was so interesting to see the huge ships loaded with containers, the unloading cranes and the tugboats. We only spent two hours at Williamstown but had delicious fish and chips on the main street and a huge ice cream in another shop. Lots of other fun shops too. A great day excursion.

Fun trip on Christmas Day when everything was closed!

The cruise to Williamstown and back was nice, with humorous narration and coffee or tea on board. We walked around this harbor town for quite a while, making our way to the botanical garden and back. I recommend visitors take the community tour or make inquiries at the Tourist Information Center for things to see, because Williamstown is spread out, not compact. It consists mostly of eating places and very little shopping. But there are things to see if you know where to go.

It was a very enjoyable experience. Loved the ferry to and from Williamstown. Williamstown is a must see if you visit Melbourne.
