The company used for the airport and theme park transfers was called Con-x-ion. I cannot recommend them highly enough. The drivers were friendly and very efficient. They were on time for every transfer, no matter where we were going. I felt safe in the knowledge that we could get around the Gold Coast easily and without any hassles. I would definitely use this company again.

good service, a bit delay when picking me up at the hotel to the airport but it's coming. Just make sure to call the local customer service to reconfirm your booking

On time as planned and booked. professional, friendly drivers. Customer services on the phone bookings were friendly and helpful too. I would definitely book through Viator and with Con-X-ion again.

Overall you were great. The pickup from the Airport to hotel was not a great start as the driver was late and he was not the most friendly. The other pick up and drop offs were great, on time, nice drivers and was the ideal way to travel to our destinations.

Cannot recommend this company enough, we bought the airport shuttle and two theme park pass and had such a great polite, professional and prompt service. Will definitely use again and again. Thanks team?

Not a very nice bus on pickup from airport very old and not clean, had to many passengers on bus and had to have luggage inside the bus was not very happy. Even though they said this does not normally happen as a plane was late and they took extra passengers not safe at all. Other buses they we had organized for theme park pickups were a lot better
