Explore Fraser Island by 4WD, with overnight accommodation in permanent tents at a private campsite. The site is equipped with hot showers, flush toilets, barbecues and all cooking necessities. In the evenings, enjoy free time at camp to relax and socialize, keeping in mind that the days start early!
Your group travels by 4WD with 6-8 people per vehicle. Your guide drives the lead vehicle while other vehicles tag along, driven by tour participants. Smaller-sized groups makes it possible for your guide to be flexible with the itinerary according to the interests of the group.
On the afternoon before your tour, meet at Pippie’s Beachhouse for a trip briefing and grocery shopping. The meeting takes about two hours total, during which you plan and shop for the meals that you will prepare together during your tour. All meals are prepared with your group at the campsite, with lunches made to bring along with you and eat picnic style as you explore the island.

Day 1: Rainbow Beach Fraser Island
In the morning, pack the 4WD vehicles with gear and supplies then depart Pippie’s Beachhouse. From Inskip Point, take the barge over to Fraser Island, arriving in just 20 minutes. Steer your 4WD along the sandy tracks on Seventy-Five Mile Beach and visit beautiful Lake MacKenzie for a swim and picnic lunch. See the former hub of Fraser Island’s timber industry at Central Station, take a guided walk through the rainforest, and stop at Eurong Beach Resort. Enjoy plenty of time for swimming and soaking up the beauty and history of the island. In the evening, head to your private campsite for relaxation and dinner by the campfire.

Day 2: Fraser Island
After breakfast, get a jump start on the day to visit several highlights of the island. Look for the island’s wild dingoes as you cruise down Seventy-Five Mile Beach to Indian Head. Follow your guide on a walk along the headlands, keeping an eye out for dolphins, turtles, sharks, rays, and humpback whales that can be seen migrating from July to November. Then go for a dip in the ocean at Champagne Pools, a natural shallow pool in a rock outcropping with pounding surf nearby that creates bubbles in the water. Further down Seventy-Five Mile Beach, stop for photos at the iconic Maheno shipwreck, stranded since 1935 after being damaged in an off-season cyclone. Next, steer your 4WD over to the stunning multi-colored sandstone cliffs called the Pinnacles. Snap photos as your guide shares the Aboriginal Butchulla people’s myths about this important location. Finally, refresh yourself with a dip in Eli Creek, a shallow creek that ends at the beach. You can take an easy walk upstream then float back to the beach on the gentle current.

Day 3: Fraser Island Rainbow Beach
Return to favorite spots from the previous day and also visit Lake Wabby, located next to a giant sand dune named the Hammerstone Sandblow. Play on the sand mountain, jump in the refreshing waters of the gem-like lake, and have time to relax on the lakeshore. After enjoying your last hours on Fraser Island, return to the mainland where your tour ends in the late afternoon.飯店接送

Confirmation will be received at time of booking Maximum of 32 participants traveling in four vehicles (6-8 participants per vehicle) Drivers must be a minimum of 19 years with a full manual driver's license held for for at least one year The drivers licence must be presented (photocopies will not be accepted) There is a fair amount of walking included, although not difficult. Two towels (bathing and swimming) and comfortable footwear Nightly campfires are not always possible and are dependent local fire restrictions You must attend a pre-departure briefing at 4pm the day prior to departure at Pippies Beachhouse, 22 Spectrum Street Rainbow Beach.
