At Stokes Hill Wharf, board a traditional fishing ketch a boat with two masts that has crossed the oceans. Smaller than other dinner cruise vessels, this ketch allows you to enjoy cruising and dining in an intimate setting. You'll be greeted by a friendly and informative crew member to show you to your seats at an outdoor table. Under the comfort of a shaded overhang, sit back and soak up the views of the Darwin coast as you cruise around the harbour.
Begin your 4-course dinner with a selection of tasty homemade dips, followed by the Northern Territory's freshest seafood. Savor hearty banana prawns, hot-smoked Spanish mackerel (the boat’s signature dish) or sample freshly shucked Coffin Bay oysters. For your main course, you’ll choose from a scotch fillet steak or the wild fish catch of the day, accompanied by a selection of salads and breads. To finish, you’ll be served a delicious homemade dessert and your choice of espresso coffee or tea.
You are welcome to bring your own drinks aboard; the staff will be happy to provide you with glasses, ice and eskies (coolers) at no extra cost. There is also a bar on board where you can purchase drinks.
While enjoying your meal, you’ll hear occasional commentary from your hosts about the sights that you pass on Darwin’s shores. You’ll want to have your camera ready for the spectacular sunset as you cruise through the tropical air of northern Australia.

The crew worked non stop to ensure everyone had a great meal, were kept with full drinks and clean tables. Meanwhile they also were taking photos of us in front of the sunset etc too. The food was good and cooked as asked. On the whole a great cruise.

Lovely relaxed cruise to experience the beautiful sunset in Darwin over the water. Dinner was good with plenty to eat. You can BYO or buy drinks onboard.
Staff friendly, we recommend this tour to experience the sunset and the opportunity to snap great shots of the sunset, Darwin city, beaches and casino at night. -
An amazing night of beautiful scenery, good food, great service. We would do it again!
The only suggestion for improvement is on top deck we could not hear all the comentry. -
My partner and I went at the end of October. We were called earlier that day to see if we were happy to share a table with another couple. We ended up sharing but there was space between us so it wasn't squished at all and we had our own space. The food was nice it was a mini buffet style- so you could choose how much or little you wanted. Overall, it was a very relaxing evening!

An enjoyable cruise on the Cape Adieu with Matt and crew. The dinner was also enjoyable, more than enough to eat and served by friendly staff. It was a pleasant way to spend a few hours and watch the Darwin sunset.

Beautful evening out in the water. Staff all great, as was the food. Fresh, high quality fish snd seafood plus a delicious dessert. Plenty to ea t and a bonus to take our own drinks on board. The ketch was the best choice of the sunset cruises. Smaller, more genuine vessel.

This sunset dinner cruise was great! The staff were friendly and attentive. Heaps of space with tables not crammed together. The food lovely and plenty of it. Fantastic views and the best sunset witnessed from Darwin.
