After pickup from your hotel, you’ll be transported by air-conditioned coach to rugged bushland just outside of Kuranda. You’ll start your evening with an outdoor campfire and light meal, with crocodile and kangaroo sausages to munch on, marshmallows to toast over the flames and billy-tea to sip. Sit under a huge mango tree and become part of the Aussie outback life as you eat barbecue, share stories and star gaze.
After you have fortified yourself with the barbecue and billy-tea, you’ll step into an American Military H1 Hummer for a four-wheel driving experience in the rainforest! Zoom into the jungle, and feeling the power of the high-performance all terrain vehicle, driven by your experienced driver and guide. The Hummer’s huge spotlights illuminate the forest, allowing you to spot animals that roam the forest at night.
Once you have explored the night rainforest in the Hummer, you’ll cross the Atherton Tablelands a scenic undulating plateau with World Heritage listed rainforest to Granite Gorge. At Granite Gorge you will see rock-wallabies hopping around you. They are so friendly that they will eat out of your hands (food is provided)! If you are lucky, you may even see a wallaby mother with a small joey in her pouch.
Also keep an eye out for nocturnal birds and the enormous animal-shaped boulders (formed by volcanic activity) spread across the savannah.
After a fun, action-packed evening of off-road travel, star gazing and Australian wildlife, you’ll be returned to your hotel to end your tour.行程概要出發地點

The Tour with the Hummer was poor. The tour was two or three times a round trip an the same track in someones backyard. The BBQ was very poor and completed in a hurry. The only light during our BBQ was the headlight of some car. This was not a off road tour in in the native rainforest as it was announced. The better way is to visit any disney park in order to ride an even better maintained offroad car. The feeding of the wallabies was the only highlight of this tour. This tour is not worth the fare!!

Dont waste your money complete rip off! This was the only part of a 2 week trip that was a total rip off. The pick-up/transfer was ok but thats where it ended.
We arrived at the BBQ by turning into someones backyard, we felt like this was a scam. No big Aussie BBQ, there was a picnic table set in a carport tent w/sausage, salad, and hamburger buns. Our lighting was the van headlights. Each person got two small sausages to taste, salad no dressing and a bun w/o butter, flimsy paper plates, and you had to eat on a small bench around a campfire for 15 mins before the Hummer ride. The driver/guide had no communication skills and told us he wasnt hired for his cooking. He asked us to sign the liability forms to which he joked wed be signing all of our property over to him. The bathroom was a port-o-potty filled with fire ants.
We were told several times to leave anything valuable in the van before the Hummer ride, just felt weird. The ride was approx 10 minutes, consisted of the driver getting in/out several times to close cattle gates so animals would not get out. This was not a Rainforest Night Adventure. The Hummer was not in good shape my husbands seatbelt didnt work. The driver kept telling us how important it was to wear our seat belts since itd be bumpy and you might hit the roof however, it was ironic that he the driver never put on his belt.
The bus driver was the tour guide for the rest of the night. We were having Billy Tea which was just black tea. You were given a mini cup of tea and a small metal skewer to toast a marshmallow, so cheesy.
Then it was time to get back into the van to drive another 30 mins to feed wild wallabies at a campground that felt like we were trespassing. Then it was a long trip back to town. All in all you were in the van for approximately 3.5 hours of the 4.5 trip.
I wouldnt waste a penny on this excursion. The way it was described is absolutely false advertising.

Well the night Hummer tour was not what I thought is would be. Not at all what was described in the online description. Hummer was old and almost didn't start, the tour was in a pasture in some guys back yard, where we went around the same trail like 3 to 4 times and then came back to his backyard, not too impressed! On a better note the highlight was going and getting to feed the wallabies, I did get the impression like we weren't supposed to be there though, maybe it was just because it was kind of late and the place is in a campground.

A very surprising trip!! Was short but worth the money!! Can't tell you, to ruin the surprise. Not for the fine, precise people. Have to be a adventous person to do this!!! We had a blast!!! We loved feeding the wallybys too! So much fun. Thank you. Kinner USA

Absolutely fantastic.. the staff were magnificent..Shaun and Daryl were brilliant..Much better than anticipated.. Best trip ever..my children loved it sooo much. First class,superb !
