When making a booking, please provide your flight details and the full name and address of your hotel. Once your transfer is confirmed, you'll receive a travel voucher to present to your driver─it's that easy.

The exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 2 pieces of luggage under 30kg per passenger. Oversized or excessive luggage will be required to pay an excess of AUD$10 per bag for transfers to Cairns City hotels and AUD$15 per bag for all the other destinations. The person driving was not their when we arrived at baggage claim, however, he showed up prior to our bags coming off the conveyor. The Cairns airport is really close to town, so I would recommend Uber as it would be cheaper.

Met in the arrivals hall by baggage claim. Polite and very helpful driver who even carried my luggage into the hotel foyer for me which was much appreciated. Would definitely use again.

All of our pickups for transfers and tours went like clockwork. Having booked months in advance, and in strange surroundings we couldnt have been any happier with the service that Viator and their affiliates provided. Port after port we would anxiously debark and find a smiling face waiting with a sign posting our names. Excellent service.

car was there when I arrived - we had to wait for someone - but took off soon and had a comfy journey to hotel. Driver helped with bags both ends.

The staff was waiting for me in front of the airport! I think the price is so reasonable and the staff is so nice! If you are going to visit Cairns, I recommend this service!
