On time and efficient

They were easy to find upon my arrival and they had a sign with my name on it waiting for me at my baggage pick up. The only reason I'm not making this a 5 star is because: 1 you have to call to reconfirm 24 hours in advance which is hard to do when you are only with a phone outside of the country. Therefore I had to incur international fees. 2 The shuttle runs every 2 hours. So if your flight gets in 10 minutes before the shuttle's departure, you may have to wait 2 hours until the next one.

Advised, driver late, so 10 mins wait, no probs. Quick and efficient.

It was reassuring to have prebooked this service when we arrived late at night at Cairns Airport.
I did not have to worry about transport and I got to my accommodation safe and sound. Friendly driver and staff.
Will use the service again. -
Great ride from the airport, we only had a few drop off before us. We did have to wait about 45 mins for the next shuttle to arrive. When we arrived at the hotel the driver could not open the trailer, he managed it after about 10 mins. Not his fault the bags had moved and blocked the lock.

It was very comfortable and slightly scenic.
-
It was great to be met efficiently at the airport and both the ground staff and driver assisted us
Our plan was late but we were the only passengers so he waited and still met his next pick up on time -
Good transport to our hotel with a friendly driver. Had to wait a bit at the airport for pick up, but otherwise cost efficient.
-
Great service and well worth it to me.
