Hop on your double-decker bus at any of the 15 stops (see the Important Info tab) to begin your tour; your ticket is valid for 24 or 48 hours from first use depending on which option you choose. Enjoy onboard commentary that shares informative details about the history and highlights of Brisbane as you drive around this relaxed city’s top attractions.
Pass by historic landmarks that include the post office, a sandstone building from 1872; the heritage-listed City Hall with its iconic clocktower, also home to the Museum of Brisbane; and the Commissariat Store and Old Windmill that are the two remaining buildings of the city's convict era.
Along Park Road you can peruse the cafes, restaurants and boutiques or hop off at the Cultural Centre to take in art hubs like the Queensland Museum or the Performing Arts Centre. If the sea fascinates you, hop off at the Maritime Museum, one of the largest of its kind in Australia. Just around the bend you can find the South Bank Parklands, which features the sandy Streets Beach, the Wheel of Brisbane and many shops and restaurants.
Buses start running in the morning and leave every 45 minutes. The full circuit takes about 90 minutes, and you can hop off the bus at any of the 15 stops to explore further on your own. When you’re ready, simply hop back on the next bus to continue to other stops.

Everything was fine. Bus journey about the right length. Staff were helpful. Perhaps it might help if there was slightly more historical dialogue in the commentary.

Was OK but hardly used it, good information on the trip though.

You get two tours for the price of one here. We travelled to the top of a mountain on the second tour and had lunch overlooking the Brisbane skyline. It was fantastic.

We were only in Brisbane for one full day so we wanted to see as much as we could on a budget. This tour bus was very affordable and fun. The audio during the ride was really interesting and the regular buses made the hop-on-hop-off very convenient. I highly recommend this bus!
