Beginning with downtown DC hotel pick-up, this 7 hour tour will cover a comprehensive look at the intricate history of D.C. and visits to the most iconic sights in the city. The tour includes a guided visit to Arlington Cemetery, Lincoln Memorial, Vietnam Memorial, Korean War Memorial, FDR Memorial, Jefferson Memorial, the World War II Memorial, Ford’s Theater, Iwo Jima Memorial, Airforce Memorial, Martin Luther King, Jr., National Memorial, and the Holocaust Memorial Museum.
Your guide will also cover tours to the U.S. Capitol, the White House, the National Archives, Embassy Row, the National Cathedral, Georgetown, the Watergate Hotel, the Kennedy Center, FBI Headquarters, the Navy Memorial, and the Smithsonian Museums and more. Upon request, the guide can accompany you to the Capitol, National Archives and the museums.
Walking Tour Points:

The driver/commentator was prompt, knowledgeable, patient and accommodating! He took his time and explained everything about DC and the monuments to the group. He even got out of the bus and walked and talked to us at several stops. He knew where to go and what to report. Got the group involved and appeared genuine and true on his

This tour was the greatest seeing all the landmarks and getting the narration from the tour opearator.

Loved the tour. The tour guide was excellent and made the difference. On the one day tour which lasted from about 9AM to 3:30PM went to about every popular Washington DC site imaginable and our guide even let us pick places to go. Highly recommended.

Avoid this tour at all cost. Driver / tour guide has hardly any knowledge of Washington or American history. How do I start? He pick us up 30 minutes late, and we were the only ones in the tour, gave us inaccurate historical information, mention the location of few buildings, took us to a tourist trap for lunch, it was a very cold day to sit outside with dirty tables and only one vendor with mediocre food, we requested another place to eat, but he said that it is were his tour stopped, it was only the 3 of us in the tour. Tour states that last seven hours, we were from door to door 5 1/2 hours, he seems on a rush to end the tour. There are plenty of taxis in Wahington, make yourselves a favor take a taxi and board another reputable tour, you will learn more and likely visit more sites.

Johanas was friendly, courteous, and punctual. His knowledge and narrative of the tour was extremely enlightening and easy to comprehend and was in line with the timing of the drive as we approached each location. I highly recommend this tour to anyone interested in such a tour.

The small bus was great because we were easily able to get parking at all the monuments. Our guide was really well informed and gave us lots of interesting information and history. We loved the whole tour.

Great tour. Tour guide very knowledgeable.Tour was cut short three hours by driver- who promised to be available the next day -but wasn't. If driver was more reliable would have rated five stars.
