Stand Up Paddle Board lessons are given daily to those interested in learning the basics of how to SUP. If you have never maneuvered a paddle board before, it might be a good idea to take an introductory class to get accustomed with the equipment, balancing skills and technique.
You have the option to take a stand up paddle board lesson individually or in large groups. All equipment is provided on the lessons; all you have to do is show up ready to learn and possibly get wet! Your instructor will provide a large inventory of beginner-friendly paddle boards so you will be able to stand up and progress successfully within the first hour!行程概要出發地點
