No call or show. I walked and walked to find the driver. I had to get someone at the behind desk to make a call after I was so sweaty, exhausted, and very frustrating. After a call to the driver and waited over 1hour again. Disappointed in everything.

There was a little confusion, normally the driver is at the luggage area. In this case I had to call to have the driver meet me at the curb. The ride was very good.

If we had our actual driver the first time we were picked up, I would have given the service 5 stars, but a different driver picked us up at the curb, confirmed our name, put us in the car, started driving, and then realized we were not the actual clients he was supposed to pick up! He had to return to the airport and bring us back to the arrivals area of Sea-Tac. Not the best way to start our trip. When our actual driver came, he was fantastic friendly, efficient, and got us to our hotel promptly. My suggestion is to always get the make of the car and the driver's name from the dispatcher when he calls you while you are waiting for your luggage. We will definitely do that next time.

This was a no-hassel transfer from the airport to our hotel. This was our first time booking a private transfer and there was a bit of a learning curve on our part. However, our driver was patient and very good and we learned how to the leave the airport building and connect with the driver on the street. We highly recommend this form of travel.

Prompt and professional. Driver called right as we were getting our luggage and met us right outside. Vehicle was comfortable and clean. Driver was professional and courteous. Would recommend this service.

Nice driver who shared his knowledge of the City and neighborhoods we drove through. Dependable and on time. We found cheaper transportation after we were there but very pleased with the service we received.

I'm not trying to place blame, however the response I got from this business was disapointing following a late arrival with Delta Airlines due to thunderstorms. I wasted money for a service I never received, and when I contacted this business they made NO offer to help get us from the airport to the hotel and had to take a taxic cab. They claimed they waiterd over 2 hours and tried contacting me, which MOST people know is imposssible once a person is airborne. My recommendation flying into SEA is to just wait till arrival and select your transportainin at that time.

Car was clean, comfortable and driver was prompt. Recommend that driver be able to advise on what seattle has on offer
