On this tour, you will be chauffeured to the world famous wine regions of Napa and Sonoma Valley! This beautiful region in California is home to a variety of wineries, famous restaurants and beautiful landscape that will lighten up your day.
Your day begins with pickup in a luxury sedan, SUV or stretch limousine, depending on the option you choose. Once situated, enjoy a glass of wine with your family or your friends. Allow yourself to relax and enjoy the ride.

Limo service provider was very unprofessional at the end of the trip and said we broke a wire from the radio. The condition of the vehicle was really dirty as well. Found several items from the group before confetti/glow sticks and seats were sticky.

As soon as we got in the car, I knew it was not going to be a good experience. I would not recommend this car company AT ALL!! He had no idea where we were going or what we the intention of the tour was. In addition, the driver had no recommendations of wineries as your site indicated During the trip, your chauffeur will give you recommendations for famous restaurants and wineries to visit along the way.
He had to Yelp them and then when he found one we might like he could not find it and we got lost on numerous occasions. In our 6 hr tour, we only saw 2 wineries. WHAT A BUST!! Will use the recommendations of Viator in the future. Especially for my upcoming trip to Spain and Portugal!!

My rating for this Private Wine Country Tour from San Francisco does reflect the customer service of our driver he tried his best to accommodate our expectations. It is a reflection of what was advertised on the Viator and what we received the day of service.
I will quote what was advertised on Viator:
The day begin with luxury sedan, SUV or stretch limousine. you will enjoy a glass of wine with your families or your friends. - we did no receive this wine upon the start of our day
Enjoy the chauffeurs sparking all of you to tasting room and sitting in fabulous place. During the trip, the chauffeurs will give you recommendation for local famous restaurant and provided pitch lunch to overlook whole county countryside. - unfortunately this was not the case. The operator I spoke with on the phone gave me assurance that we could go to Sonoma instead of Napa. When we met our driver for the day, he was not well informed with Sonoma wineries. This was inconvenient for our bachelorette party as we had to rely on the knowledge of a member in the group from their past experience and wine operators we came in contact with as the day progressed. As a result, this inadequate time management led us to extending an additional hour at our own cost.
I highly urge Viator to amend the description of this tour as to not mislead future travelers. It really was unfortunate this occurred during a special occasion. Luckily we were among friends and wine, so they day was not completely lost.
