產品介紹
Meet your guide in the heart of the Castro District at Harvey Milk Plaza, named after the first openly gay person to be elected to public office in California, in 1977. Learn about the former San Francisco city supervisor’s powerful legacy as you embark on your food and wine tour in this colorful enclave.Walk with your guide through the neighborhood, passing the Castro Theatre and other historic landmarks en route to four wine bars and restaurants (specific establishments vary depending on the day of your tour), where you'll sample food and enjoy three glasses of wine in addition to the tastings (unless the nonalcoholic tour option is chosen).Perhaps stop by Blush Wine Bar, known for its extensive list of California and international wines, where a wine expert introduces you to red and white varietals paired with imported artisan cheeses and cured meats. Catch, a longtime favorite, features local, sustainably sourced seafood with Mediterranean influences and is located in a Castro landmark that originally housed the NAMES Project AIDS Memorial Quilt; you can still see several quilt panels on display. At Poesia, you may sample seasonal Italian appetizers, or savor Spanish delicacies at Canela Bistro & Wine Bar, perhaps paired with the perfect glass of wine. And there's no sweeter way to end your tour of these neighborhood gems than a treat at Hot Cookie.行程概要出發地點
