Excellent tour and tour guide. Convenient pick up and flexible drop off locations. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and knew his way around the city. Great photo ops.

This was a great tour and the tour guide was very knowledgeable. The view from Twin Peaks is awesome

The bus tour was nice to ride, but there was only the headphones and not a live guide, which whatever. It did come with a couple other bus tours, which was nice but did not include the cruise I thought I had purchased with it. Greyline basically defunct and I had to go out of my way to redeem the voucher, find info, etc from another company which I was not expecting. The last time we used viator I feel it was a much better deal that this time around.

This was no luxury tour. It was just an open bus water leaking everywhere. Even inside. It was no tour, it was just a bus for hop on/off. Although I paid for the luxury tour and what do I get. Never again.

Got there early and employee told me I was at the wrong bus 2 more uber rides and a long walk to the other tour store I missed that bus had to take uber back to where I was big expense and they tour employees didnt care that their employee missed directed me. Traveling for the first time by myself in strange city.

Josh, the driver/guide was wonderful. He was very knowledgeable and he added appropriate music regarding San Francisco to the tour. I highly recommend him. If he is your driver/guide, you will learn so much about San Francisco history and things to see in the city. Great job, Josh!
