Walk along the sandy shore of Baker Beach, and take a break to chat with fishermen casting lines into the sea.

We have lived in the SF Bay Area, for our entire life and had never learned about the early military history of San Francisco. Christian provided a very informative tour, which included several beaches, lovely trails, all ending up at the Cliff House. Christian is a great tour guide and provided great detail about the construction of the Golden Gate Bridge. This is a walking tour and not suitable for non-walkers or strollers.

Walking tour offers beautiful sights.Unfortunately, our tour guide was inexperienced and allowed the couple joining our party of 4 to commandeer the tour. A “lesisurely” 4-5 hour walk became a 3 hour power walking tour where we could’nt hear the guide and had to rush to catch up when picture taking.

This was the highlight of our trip to San Francisco. The spectacular views of this tour we even saw bottle-nose dolphins along one of the beaches were enhanced by our guide Christian. His love of his work and his knowledge of the city and its history made this a special day for my husband and myself. So glad we did this.

This was a great walk and Jim was a fantastic guide. He was knowledgeable and Kept the walk interesting and at a great pace. we have teenagers that enjoyed it as well. It's a great way to see the bridge and beaches. We also saw whales in the bay. Highly recommended!

The walk was amazing! It is not a very difficult walk, the hardest part is walking across the beach! Viktor was a wonderful guide! Very knowledgeable about San Francisco, and very open! I really enjoyed spending a few hours with him.
Would recommend this to anyone I know going to SF!

I have visited the Golden Gate bridge in my previous trips but never seen it this way before this walking tour. Please don't miss this, it is an amazing way to know about the surrounding area. The walk itself was very long but it is suitable for all ages as long as you have good walking shoes!!

Fantastic !!!!!!!!!! ... This was the most scenic of walking tours , breathtakingly beautiful , it's hard going so be prepared for plenty of walking . Victor our guide was the best !! .... Would recommend eating at Cliff house at the end if the tour ...

First of all you need good shoes, take some water and a snack. Also there is only one toilet stop at the beginning and at the end, so make sure you take the chance at the beginning. We had Devin O'Brien as our tour guide. He was very good, very patient and was very knowledgeable about San Francisco. He knew so much about the history, it was very interesting.
He was a very passionate resident of San Francisco.
The walk for us was perfect, perfect day, perfect walk. And at the end the guide got us a drink at the light house, the perfect end to the walk. Fantastic day. At the end he took us to the 38 bus stop so we could get right back into the city. Everyone was very friendly, very nice relaxing walk. We would never have gone that way if it wasn't for the tour, so we would have missed out.
