Luggage must not exceed weight of 50lbs per bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (over 50lbs)/golf clubs/bikes/surf boards have certain restrictions. Please inquire prior to booking to see if your excess luggage is acceptable.

    Because it was not on time and It was not posible to comunicate with the person encharge of it. A Taxi came to cover the service

    Driver arrived on time but was impatient both with me and the general traffic of San Francisco. Was an uncomfortable ride but it got me where I needed to be, so other than the bad shocks of the van and the impatient driver, it was fine.

    I appreciated that the driver arrived right on time and we arrived at the airport with time to spare. The streets in San Francisco are full of bumps and pot holes and the driver seemed to find everyone of them on our route. A bumpy ride but the important thing is that we made it to the airport safely and on time.

    The Shuttle was super efficient and on time. Please remember to phone the number on the voucher and confirm this paid booking especially if you are traveling to the airport. The operator ask your flight number and then arrange a pick up time based on flight departure. I was sent a message with a link to track the driver and ETA of pick up. I will use this Shuttle again.

    Very pleased, felt the price was good and the driver was actually there to pick us up a few minutes early. Make sure you have your voucher as they will have no record that the transfer has been paid for.
