Got me to my hotel safety! Safe driver.

Through Supershuttle. You HAVE to reconfirm your reservation with them as they have NO record of it and the customer service rep was very short and rude with me. Upon arrival, waited 40 minutes for my shuttle bc the one I was told would pick me up drove past and employee was rude about it. Terrible

Transport was o.k. and wait wasn't too long. Transport to hotel was fine. Only downside was that I had to phone to confirm booking 24 hours beforehand when I was still in the U.K. I am hoping that the cost of the call is not too expensive as, as had happened on each of my transport bookings, I had to hold for an extensive amount of time before speaking to a representative and, once I had got through, they didn't recognise my booking references.
