Great Tour for the whole family, our guide Anna was very knowledgeable and professional. Certainly recommend it for those who wants to learn more about the city and its history. The fact that you don't have to drive the car yourself is a big plus.

tour was great,short stops in many important places but very helpful to know about SD attractions,Frank was my tour guide with good knowledge,the company practice complimentary pick up and drop off from every places in Downtown you wish but you have to call and ask about it.
Small group is taken by mini van but the van is not comfy enough
for first time tourists is good choice -
Excellent trip... It was about 4 hrs but we got to see the highlights of San Diego and I know exactly where to go to during my next trip. The tour guide was excellent.

We thoroughly enjoyed the tour with Frank as our personal guide. We started the tour with a small van, but Frank finally obtained a much more spacious van for the rest of the tour. We especially enjoyed traveling along the piers where we saw the Navy's news Littoral Combat Ship, the Midway and other vessels. Frank's explanation of the area in Chicano Park was interesting, but the best part was the personal tour he gave us of the Coronado Hotel. Many people on the tour hadn't seen the Pacific Ocean so Frank made sure there was time for them to put their feet into the Pacific. We also went to Mt. Soledad and the military memorial below the large white Cross. It was very moving for many of us. Frank's knowledge of those military and celebrity military on the memorial brought the reality of our Greatest Generation to all of us. Also included were men and women from all our conflicts. Very moving. We toured Old Towne and returned there after the tour the lunch. I recommend the tour for everyone.

This tour is for people who want to see a WHOLE LOT of San Diego in a VERY SHORT time. Frank, our guide knows every inch of the tour and whisked us from one spot to the next in record time. If you're looking for in-depth insight into each and every stop this is not for you. But, if you want to get a taste of everything, then take your time on your own to follow up on your favorite then this is what you want.
I visited with my wife and daughter and planned the zoo for one day and had the first day free. We've never been to San Diego so this was a great way to have a condensed but awesome tour. Highly recommended and well done Frank!

This tour visited the Hotel del Coronado, Old Town, the Veteran's Memorial La Jolla and Balboa Park. The bus was 10 passenger and the tour lasted about 4 hours. I sat in the back and had a hard time hearing all that the driver said while we were driving along. I thought it was over priced.

I was suppose to contact the tour operator 24 hours before leaving to confirm the tour but they could not be reached and did not return my calls, email or chat. I contacted Viator and they also had no luck in making contact with the tour operator to confirm the tour. They were very helpful and thus agreed to return my money in full. Impressed with Viator but not the tour operator company.
