Step aboard a River Walk boat cruise for an exciting and entertaining narrative of the rich history of the famous San Antonio River!
Cruises are about 40 minutes long and cover one and a half miles of the beautiful River Walk.
In addition to your cruise, this package includes a Hop-On Hop-Off double-decker tour bus ticket, and admission to the Tower of the Americas Space Needle, a 750-foot observation tower/restaurant located at HemisFair Park in the southeastern area of downtown.
Take in the scenery and experience the thrilling 4D Theater Ride at the Tower of Americas - also included.
The tower was designed by San Antonio architect O'Neil Ford and was built as the theme structure of the 1968 World's Fair, HemisFair '68. The Tower was the tallest observation tower in the United States from 1968 until 1996, when the Las Vegas Stratosphere Tower was completed.
Still the tallest building in San Antonio, and the tallest building in Texas outside of Dallas or Houston, the Tower is located in the middle of HemisFair Park and has an observation deck that is accessible by elevator.

The river walk cruise tour was very enjoyable. Really got to see a lot. The hop-on, hop-off worked pretty well and was informative, though we found it nicer to walk to some of the areas rather than wait for the bus. However, Viator needs to be better at explaining where you have to go to redeem the voucher. Our printout wasn't initially accepted at the cruise boarding area. We were directed to another place to redeem the voucher for actual boarding passes. We weren't the only ones confused, too. That's really the only negative. We would recommend the tour.

I really enjoy the San Antonio River walk Cruise and Hop-on-off Tour. It was a great value. The only thing that could have improved it would have been longer hours for the tour buses. The last buss leaves at 5:30 p.m.

We had a great time in San Antonio. The Hop on Hop off Tour was great. We did not need a car to get anywhere that we wanted to go. The bus stopped right in front of our hotel, so it was very convenient. The River Cruise was a blast, and the Tower was awesome. We also took advantage some of the discount adds in the brochure for food and entertainment.

The tour was great.The guide was knowledgeable and you could almost touch the low bridges with your fingers.It was fun watching activity from the shops and restaurants as you cruised down the river.The tour lasted 35 minutes and had many twists and turns as you saw both man made river and natural river

Using the 3-day Hop-On Hop-Off Tour we were able to have an overview of the important sights to see in San Antonio. Then we used the bus to take us to the Alamo, the Pearl Brewery, the Tower of the Americas, and Guenther House to name a few places. It was so convenient and informative. The bus drivers/guides were most informative and most were very entertaining. Our package also included tickets for the River Walk Cruise and admission to the 754 ft high Tower of the Americas Space Needle. The tour package was certainly the best thing we could have done as first time visitors to San Antonio!

There seem to be some confusion when we went to redeem this coupon for tickets. To begin with, the hop-on hop off said only 48 hours so I brought that to the attention of the sales person. she then hand wrote 72 on the the ticket and we had no problem.
I did not realize until we went to Tower of the Americas that we did not receive the proper tickets for that either. We went to do this on our last day so no time to fix it. Disappointed to say the least. We did not get the value we paid for. -
Back in August we visited Texas 4 adults. Dallas, Fort Worth, Austin, and San Antonio. A few days each city. All the tours we booked were thru Viator Tours. We all were pleased with all the tours and the people who were part of the tours. The tour were all booked in advance on the internet. All the descriptions of the tours were spot on. Everything was as planned .We all would book thru Viator tours where ever we go to next.
