You will need to advise your pickup location, flight details and the time you wish to be picked up in order to complete your reservation. Your transfer purchase will be confirmed within 24 hours of booking, and you will be provided with a travel voucher to present to the driver (includes your provider's contact information) -- it's that easy!
When your stay in San Antonio is over, you’ll be met at your hotel by a professional driver and driven in a comfortable private vehicle to the San Antonio International Airport (SAT). Choose from either a sedan, for up to three passengers, a sports utility vehicle, for up to five passengers, or a stretch limousine, for up to six passengers. This airport transportation service operates from downtown San Antonio, San Antonio Medical Center, Dominion or Fair Oaks accommodations.

The driver did not show. Reservation was scheduled for 1000 and we were waiting from 0900 until 1000. We procured another transportation. It was not until after 1015 that I received a phone call and it was from dispatch, not the driver. When I returned the call, I had to call twice because no one answered the phone the first time. If the driver had my phone number or my name, he could have contacted me and we could have gotten our ride on time. I will not use your service again.

ordered and paid for a limousine service, got an SUV, driver was very late to the pickup and had no idea, refused to help out with luggage. very dissapointing

Re confirmation of booking again a massive issue and took over half an hour to resolve. Driver was not professionally dressed and reluctant to assist with luggage. Attire was a little better but not to professional standard. Disappointed in what claimed to be a limosuine company.
