After your flight to Arches, your guide will lead you to the river rafting portion of the trip. Upstream from Moab, the Colorado River runs through a deep red rock canyon passing desert towers, varnished mesas and snowcapped peaks. The rapids are fun, splashy and a great introduction to river running for the whole family. No matter how much time you have, this is a place you need to see for yourself.
The whitewater is rated class II with a few class III. They are clean, straight forward rapids with a little bit of rock and roll. May and June bring higher flows with the snow melt from the Rocky Mountains and things get a bit more interesting. In the summer months water levels drop and water temperatures rise, presenting the perfect opportunity to swim in the mighty Colorado River. Moab rafting is Utah's most popular river trip and is ideal for short adventures, group outings and first-time river experiences.
At the end of your trip you will fly back to your original departure point in Ogden. Water, snacks and a meal are included on this tour, as well as the option to have a personal photographer record the day's adventure for you!行程概要出發地點
