Portland is a city of contrasts -- a lively city center surrounded by natural beauty, from Washington Park and the West Hills to the Willamette River and Waterfront Park. With your choice of a 1-day or 2-day Portland sightseeing pass, hop aboard the open (or enclosed) trolley in Pioneer Square and travel with ease around the city, your expert onboard guide providing commentary about Portland’s history, culture and main points of interest along the way.
From your spot in the open-air or indoor seating section, sit back, relax and take in the sights on the whole 1.5-hour route or hop off at any of the 14 stops around the city to explore at your own pace. Visit the world-famous International Rose Test Garden and spend time in South Park Blocks, the heart of Portland’s culture district featuring the Portland Center for the Performing Arts, the Oregon Historical Society and the Portland Art Museum.
Wander through the Portland Japanese Garden of Washington Park, see animals at the Oregon Zoo, visit Portland’s Children’s Museum, and browse boutique shops in the NW 23rd Ave shopping district.
In the fun and fashionable Pearl District, stop by Powell’s Books, the world’s largest independent new and used bookstore, and find your chi in the Lan Su Chinese Garden. Other highlights include the South Waterfront, the Aerial Tram, Old Town and Riverplace.

Departures are every 60 minutes or more frequently in July and August as demand warrants. Pickup a current schedule when you exchange your voucher at the ticket booth. The quality of the service was very strong. I would have enjoyed some more history in the narration,

This is a fine tour of Portland, but pickup every hour is too long for some of these stops. Most of these tours in other cities pick up every 15 minutes. Otherwise, the bus was clean, Eddy was a good guide and driver and knowledgeable.

So, the driver stated that it was his first day. He was fantastic! I loved this tour my only regret is that I should have started earlier. I went to the Japanese Garden what a treat. It was so peaceful and serene. I wished that I had time to go to the rose garden. However, do 2 days as Portland is a great city to visit.

This is the best way to see any city. I was not only impressed by the trolley drivers knowledge of the area but their ability to be on time while dealing with city traffic.
This tour also honored our voucher a day late. Very helpful to travelers who can not control mother nature. -
Our tour guide was very sweet and somewhat knowledgable but mumbled and was difficult to understand. She often described something we should look at but then didn't clearly let us know where to look. She pointed out the come to the white man statue but didn't explain anything about it. I googled the story behind it and it was actually really interesting. She often repeated herself which was distracting.

Bus driver was hilarious. Knew how to keep a crowd entertained on this great tour. Makes a difference from a bus and as the back is open its easier to take photos. Best way to view portland

I rated this a one for the simple reason we booked the tour on line but never could figure out how to connect with the Hop-on-Hop-off Tour. We ended up losing the money paid for the tour.

The driver was well informed and extremely friendly. Very knowledgeable of the area and very entertaining.Portland, so this was the best way to take in as much as possible and still be able to check out a site or two! Highly recommend!

We only had one day in town so we took the HOHO tour. We had no car. We used the HOHO to get to the farther out places, such as the Rose Garden, 23rd Ave. shopping, OHSU aerial tram, and Riverplace. In between stops we just stayed on the bus to hear about the city. Our downtown hotel The Benson was close to Pioneer Square where we started our tour, and we were able to walk to Powell Books later that evening after the bus tour ended.

Very enjoyable ride through Portland, tour guides were very knowledgeable about the city, places to eat and visit.
