Driver came exactly on time even though it was a very early appointment. There was a bad ice storm the night before and the driver was very cautious, but efficient. Took a back way to the airport and got me there in plenty of time. He was very nice. There were two water bottles waiting for me. It was just me even though it was technically a shared transfer. He picked me up at my house which was great so I could leave my car at home and not have to worry about it being in a parking lot somewhere. I would definitely use this service again.
